A section of dissatisfied clans in Garissa county have threatened to go to court to challenge the composition of newly unveiled cabinet. Speaking in Garissa yesterday, members from the Degodia community said they will seek redress in court if Garissa governor Nadhif Jama did not amend the list of nominees to include their members. They said Jama should honor a pre-election pact struck between the governor and the community.
