President Uhuru has directed that Sh4 billion should be set aside annually from this financial year for the purchase of equipment to boost security in the country. Speaking yesterday in his Harambee House office after being briefed on the security situation in the country by Inspector-General David Kimaiyo, Uhuru said there is need to contain insecurity.
