County representatives in Bomet have refused to approve the county supplementary budget for a second time over a stalemate on the county assembly allocation. The representatives on Thursday forced the Committee on budget and appropriation to withdraw a motion to debate and approve the budget saying their earlier calls to have the budget amended have not been factored. They said the budgetary allocation had shortchanged the county assembly in favor of the executive.
